  1. 01 — Operate
    People and the assistant run the system. Around every alarm and every action in Training and Live, or the whole session with REC, values and actions are captured with the identity of whoever produced them.
  2. 02 — Evidence
    The session closes with a SHA-256 manifest over its evidence files. Signing is optional; replay reconstructs the recorded state and timing.
  3. 03 — Learn
    Lessons proposed from recorded sessions, kept with their evidence. A supervisor’s approval is what turns one into an operating rule.
